Launching a business to market and sell medical technology in the USA requires an immediate range of costly services, functions, and qualified people. Full-time staff might not be needed for all positions. Part-time employees or consultants are often not a sustainable solution to build an organization with lasting customer relations.
Navigant Medical Partners is a new business concept for clients looking to operate in the USA. We draw from the best people available and pool resources in cost-efficient ways to benefit our clients.
We are not a distributor providing limited control and access for the client manufacturer. Instead, we are an extension of our clients, with each of our resources looking and acting like the individual client we represent. Clients can set up a U.S. subsidiary, legally interacting with the customer, but with some or all services outsourced to Navigant Medical Partners. Our clients can take as little or as much control in their subsidiary as they prefer and let us do the rest.
Our unique model allows us to:
• Decrease time-to-market by having a turnkey solution
• Offer a full portfolio of world-class fractional commercial services
• Provide centuries of collective experience to jump start a client’s business
• Set our clients up for success, helping them transition into their own, full commercial operation when the time is right
Navigant Medical Partners is the premier firm for sustainable growth at reasonable operating cost for our clients in medical technology.
